Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete construction projects within the specified timeline and budget. - Perform various construction tasks including but not limited to excavating, framing, roofing, and finishing. - Operate construction machinery and tools safely and efficiently. - Measure, cut, and shape materials to ensure accurate construction. - Follow established safety protocols and regulations. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Adhere to project specifications and blueprints. - Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise. - Communicate effectively with team members and construction supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction worker, preferably in the mold base industry. - Proficient in using construction tools and equipment. - Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. - Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid construction worker certification is desired but not mandatory.
