Contract for the Provision of Scaffold System for Panelling and Fastening
This Contract for the Provision of Scaffold System for Panelling and Fastening (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is made and entered into by and between:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Work
1.1 Party A shall provide Party B with a scaffold system suitable for panelling and fastening requirements in the Mold Base industry.
1.2 The scaffold system shall include all necessary components, such as frames, platforms, braces, and guardrails, as per the specifications provided by Party B.
1.3 Party A shall ensure that the scaffold system is in compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
2. Delivery and Installation
2.1 Party A shall deliver the scaffold system to the designated location at the agreed-upon date and time.
2.2 Party A shall be responsible for the installation of the scaffold system, ensuring it is properly and securely set up for safe usage.
2.3 Party B shall provide clear access to the installation area and assist Party A in any necessary site preparation.
3. Duration
This Contract shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect until the scaffold system is dismantled and removed from Party B's premises.
4. Maintenance and Inspections
4.1 Party A shall conduct regular inspections of the scaffold system to ensure it remains in a safe and working condition throughout the duration of this Contract.
4.2 Party A shall promptly address any necessary repairs or replacements required to maintain the scaffold system's usability.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Party B shall pay Party A the agreed-upon amount for the provision, delivery, and installation of the scaffold system.

6. Confidentiality
