Agreement on the Lease and Contract of Modular Scaffold Rental

1. Parties Involved:

a. Use: The lessee shall only use the modular scaffolds for the agreed-upon project and in accordance with the provided instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.

b. Inspection: The lessee shall inspect the scaffolding units upon delivery and report any defects or damages to the lessor. Regular inspections shall also be conducted during the lease term.

c. Return: At the end of the lease term, the lessee shall return the scaffolding units to the lessor in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.

6. Liability and Insurance:

The lessee shall be responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the use of the modular scaffolds. It is advised that the lessee obtains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against such liabilities.

7. Termination:

a. Breach: Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party, provided written notice is given.

b. Early Termination: Should the lessee wish to terminate the lease agreement prior to the agreed-upon end date, they shall provide written notice to the lessor and pay any applicable fees or penalties as specified in Annex A.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
